1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Remove plastic wrap from quesadillas and place on nonstick baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes.
3. Carefully open and unfold warm quesadillas. Place bacon, onion and barbeque sauce over top of each open quesadilla. Refold top half and press down to seal.
4. Return to oven and bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: Make a dipping sauce out of BBQ sauce and ranch dressing or sour cream.
