1. Mix together Pork and BBQ sauce and set aside. Saute corn in lightly oiled non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and warm.
2. Place salad greens into individual bowls and top with sauteed corn, warm BBQ pork, avacado and tomatoe wedges.
3. Drizzle with dressing.
Tip: To add some crunch, top salad with crushed corn chips
