4 Unbreaded Chicken Breast Filets (502), prepared & sliced

1/2 medium head Napa cabbage, chopped or shredded
1 can (14 oz) Mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (10 oz) water chestnuts, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) bean sprouts, drained
1 cup poppy seed dressing
Salt to taste
1 cup chow mein noodles

Steps

1. Mix together all ingredients except chow mein noodles.

2. Plate and spread noodles on top or around salad.

Tip: Brocolli slaw or chopped cole slaw can be used instead of the napa cabbage.
