1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Saute crumbled sausage over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes.
3. Add chiles, bell pepper and cook an additional cook 4-6 minutes
4. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese and Cajun seasoning. Pour into 9" x 9" baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with sliced French Baguette Bread.
Tip: A great dip you can put into a crock pot. Also serve with an arrangement of fresh cut veggies like peppers, carrots and jicama.
