1 15 oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
1 medium cucumber, seeded & diced
4 cups Super Sweet Cut Corn (773), prepared

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt & pepper to taste

Steps

1. Mix together corn, black beans, cucumber, parsley, sour cream, mayonnaise, dry mustard and celery seed.

2. Gently stir in the tomatoes.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
