1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix ground cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
2. Toss tortilla triangles with olive oil and cinnamon sugar to coat. Spread triangles on baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven and cool.
3. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended.
4. Fold in strawberry and kiwi gently. Cover and refrigerate until tortillas chips are cool.
