1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix cream cheese and eggs until well blended. Stir in corn, carrots, onions and seasoning.
3. Pour mixture into 8-inch casserole lightly sprayed with vegetable oil.
4. Melt butter and add crushed crackers. Sprinkle cracker mixture over casserole.
5. Bake 40 - 45 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
