1. Prepare mashed potatoes with milk and butter as directed on package.
2. In medium bowl, beat eggs; add mashed potatoes and grated cheese and mix until blended.
3. Drop mixture by spoonful onto cookie sheet to form 8 mounds.
4. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt.
5. Bake at 425°F. for about 15 minutes until light golden brown.
