Ingredients and Steps


1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2" strips
1 can (2.25 oz), drained sliced black olives
1/2 bag California Blend (764), frozen

1.  Cook vegetable blend according to package directions.

2.  Cool vegetables under cold running water and drain.

3.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
