Steps
Glaze:
1. Combine syrup, chipotle, butter and garlic in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
Grilling:
2. Preheat grill to low. Grill corn directly 10 to 15 minutes, brushing with maple chipotle glaze several times and turning frequently. Sprinkle corn with salt and serve.
