1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of the sugar and place the remaining sugar in 11" x 7" glass baking dish. Top with fruit, cornstarch and nutmeg; stir to combine.
2. Place biscuits on foil-lined baking sheet. Place biscuits next to fruit on oven shelf. Bake 15 minutes.
3. Remove fruit and biscuits from oven. Stir fruit. Place partially-baked biscuits on top of fruit; sprinkle biscuits with reserved 1 Tbsp. of sugar. Continue baking 12 to 15 minutes or until fruit is thickened and bubbly and biscuits are light brown. Serve warm.
