Ingredients and Steps


4 fillets Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon (559), thawed

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup pecans, finely chopped


1. Preheat oven to 400F.

2. Pat dry salmon filets. Then dredge salmon in flour, dip in egg and cover with crushed pecans.

3. Place on lightly oil sprayed baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
