1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Sauté onions and peppers in oil until tender.
3. Break prepared crab cakes into large chunks.
4. Cut tortillas into wedges and place on baking tray.
5. Combine onions, peppers and crab cakes chunks and spoon mixture on top of each tortilla wedge.
6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly crisp.
