1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Sauté onions and mushrooms over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes. Set aside.
3. Bake crust for about 10 minutes.
4. Remove crust from oven and spread with cream cheese, onions and mushrooms.
5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, coarse salt and pepper and herbs to taste.
6. Top with cut Provolone cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Tip: Serve with soup, salad or cut into appetizer size.
