Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium.
2. Place vegetables in single layer in center of foil.
3. Sprinkle red pepper, onion, Italian seasoning & pepper over vegetables.
4. To form a bundle, bring sides together and double fold ends. Do not flatten bundle; leave room for heat to circulate.
5. Grill 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill.
