A delectably tangy salad with marinated goodness. Serve this tempting side dish with any Italian entrée. Or add pasta and meat or fish to make a meal in itself.


Ingredients and Steps


1 package Broccoli Florets (776), prepared

1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup red pepper, julienne strips
1/2 cup yellow pepper, julienne strips
1 cup low fat Italian dressing


1.  Prepare broccoli according to package instructions and chill.

2.  Mix together broccoli, onions, black olives and peppers. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to coat evenly.

3.  Chill for 1-2 hours and stir before serving. Serve as a salad or over pasta.
