1 package Six Cheese Tortellini (846), prepared

2 cups Sliced Ham (#492), thawed, julienned

4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup carrots, julienned
1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced
1 each red and green bell pepper, julienned
1 8.5 oz. can artichoke hearts, quartered (optional)
1/2 cup olives (black or geeen), sliced
1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing

Steps

1.  Combine all ingredients and gently mix.

2.  Cover and refrigerate.

 

Tip: Salad is excellent served on crunchy greens like Romaine and topped with an extra sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
