2 USDA Choice Beef Sirloin (814), thawed, grilled & sliced

1/2 bag Fire Roasted Vegetable Blend (797) frozen

3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cups salad greens
1 Tbsp. Bleu cheese crumbles

Steps

1. Grill steaks to desired doneness.

2. Prepared roasted vegetables according to package directions.

3. Mix together mustard, sour cream, milk, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to make a dressing.

4. Top salad greens with roasted vegetables and sliced steak.

5. Drizzle with mustard dressing.  Sprinkle with Bleu cheese crumbles.
