1. Prepare pork using your favorite package directions. Cut pork into 1/2" thick slices.
2. Top spinach with green beans, apples, onion, cheese, sliced pork and chopped nuts.
3. Drizzle salad with dressing.
Tip: This salad is also excellent using pears instead of the apples and fat free Swiss cheese in place of the cheddar.
