A classic combination of our green beans, pork, apples and walnuts now in an entree salad format. We've balanced the portion so go ahead and enjoy.


Ingredients and Steps


2 Boneless Pork Loin Chop (393), thawed

4 cups fresh baby spinach
1 bag MicroSteam Whole Green Beans (790), prepared and cooled

Buy this ingredient

2 medium apples, cored & chopped
1/2 small red onion, sliced
4 oz fat free cubed or shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup fat free honey Dijon dressing


1. Prepare pork using your favorite package directions.  Cut pork into 1/2" thick slices.

2. Top spinach with green beans, apples, onion, cheese, sliced pork and chopped nuts.

3. Drizzle salad with dressing.

Tip: This salad is also excellent using pears instead of the apples and fat free Swiss cheese in place of the cheddar.
