1/2 cup red onion, sliced
10 oz. salad greens
2 cups Jumbo Cooked Tail-Off Shrimp (574), thawed
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup, divided raspberry walnut viniagrette dressing
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped

Steps

1.  Lightly toss shrimp, mango, onions and salad greens with half of the dressing.

2.  Place salad on serving platter and top with raspberries and walnuts.

3.  Serve extra dressing on the side.
