Steps
1. Mix together avocado, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.
2. Stir in chicken and tomatoes.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to develop flavor.
4. Top pita bread with lettuce and salad. Fold to serve.
Tip: To up the heat...add a drizzle of hot sauce or diced jalepenos to the avacado mayo deressing.
