1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Rinse frozen fish under cool running water to remove ice. Place fish on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking oil.
3. Mix salsa, BBQ sauce, lime juice, olives, cilantro,parsely and spoon over fillets.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until fish begins to flake and is opaque.
