Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Combine taters and onion in a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking oil.
3. Mix soups, cream cheese, sour cream and spoon over taters. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Top with stuffing mix and drizzle with melted butter.
4. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
