1. Preheat oven to 425ºF.
2. Stir together soup and water.
3. Add hash brown shreds, onion, green onion and half of shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Pour mix into lightly oiled 9x13-inch baking dish and top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
5. Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes. Top with sautéed bacon
