1. Preheat oven to 375F. Place vegetables in a 2-quart casserole dish.
2. Place diced chicken on top of vegetables.
3. Pour chicken gravy on top of chicken and vegetable layers.
4. Flatten biscuits and spread out evenly on top. Place casserole dish on a baking sheet to catch any gravy that bubbles over.
5. Bake 55 to 60 minutes.
Tip: Can also be put into individual oven safe dishes. Lower baking time to 30-35 minutes.
