Steps
1. Mix sweet and sour sauce and bell peppers together in medium (4 qt) slow-cooker.
2. Pour thawed meatballs in slow cooker.
3. Stir meatballs into sauce and simmer on low heat for 3 hours.
4. Stir occasionally.
