Steps
1. In shallow dish, mix vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder; add steaks, turning to coat thoroughly.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning steaks once.
3. Broil or grill over medium-hot coals 8 to 10 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
4. Refrigerate leftovers.
