1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil and top with wire rack.
3. Arrange bacon in single layer on rack.
4. Combine brown sugar, water and cayenne pepper and generously brush over bacon.
5. Bake 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Tip: Serve for breakfast or cut in half and serve as a mini appetizer.
