1. Slice steak into bite-size pieces and saute in lightly oiled non-stick pan over high heat for 6-8 minutes.
2. Add garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir in beef broth, prepared orzo, vegetables and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
4. Add tomotoes, black olives, basil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
