Spice up the salmon with Cajun seasoning and grill in a foil pouch.


Ingredients and Steps


1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 fillets Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon (559), frozen

Garlic Herb Shrimp (567), frozen, (optional)

2 12" x 12" sheets heavy duty aluminum foil


1. Preheat grill to medium-high.

2. Mix Cajun seasoning, olive oil and spread evenly on both sides of fillets.

3. Place one fillet on 12"x 12" square sheet of foil and top with frozen shrimp.

4. Bring both sides of the foil up and double fold the top and sides to make a pouch.

5. Grill for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.

Tip: Serve with rice, corn and/or beans.
