1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. Mix Cajun seasoning, olive oil and spread evenly on both sides of fillets.
3. Place one fillet on 12"x 12" square sheet of foil and top with frozen shrimp.
4. Bring both sides of the foil up and double fold the top and sides to make a pouch.
5. Grill for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Tip: Serve with rice, corn and/or beans.
