One of our favorite comfort recipes. Your family will  think you've been cooking all day, instead of just 35 minutes!


Ingredients and Steps


2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups sliced onions & mushrooms
1 pepper (red, yellow or green), diced
2 cloves cloves garlic, minced
1 bag Slow Roasted Beef Tips and Gravy (412), frozen

Buy this ingredient

1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes with juice
Sour cream (optional)


1. Saute onion, mushrooms and peppers in oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes. Stir in garlic.

2. Add beef tips, stewed tomatoes and simmer 20-25 minutes on low heat.

3. Stir in sour cream before serving.

Tip: Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
