1. Place pork chops and onions and mushrooms in 5 to 6 qt. slow-cooker.
2. Top with condensed cream of mushroom soup and water and season with salt & pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or until pork is tender.
Tip: Stir in a spoonful of sour cream before serving. Great served over prepared rice or wide egg noodles.
