The sweet and spicy marinade is also used as the glaze to make this mouth watering smoky salmon on your grill.


Ingredients and Steps


2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 fillets Wild-Caught Alaskan Salmon (559), thawed

1. Combine all ingredients except salmon fillets to make marinade.

2. Place salmon in shallow glass dish and pour 1/2 of marinade over salmon. Reserve remaining marinade.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Remove salmon from marinade and grill over medium heat approximately 4-6 minutes on both sides.  Brush with reserved marinade several times during grilling.
