1. Remove bread crusts and roll out to flatten. Mix together mayo and mustard then spread a generous amounts over squares.
2. Warm bacon in microwave for 20 seconds to soften. Place a half slice of bacon and asparagus on each piece of bread. Tightly roll up and secure with toothpick.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip: May be served cold or brushed with melted butter and broiled or grilled until golden.
