Spiced Apple-Cherry Pork Chops

An all season country delight! Boneless pork loin topped with hot cinnamon apple and cherry glaze.


Ingredients and Steps


4 Boneless Pork Loin Chops (393), frozen

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1 medium apple, peeled & sliced
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup Apple Cherry Berry Drink Concentrate (733), thawed

1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

2. Saute pork chops over medium-high heat for 6-8 minute or until brown, turning once. 

3. Place pork chops on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

4. Add butter to skillet and sauté apple slices and cinnamon over meduim heat 3-6 minutes or until tender yet crisp. 

5. Add juice concentrate.  Boil on high heat until slightly reduced. Spoon sauce over pork.

Tip: Excellent served over rice or rice pilaf.
