1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Saute pork chops over medium-high heat for 6-8 minute or until brown, turning once.
3. Place pork chops on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Add butter to skillet and sauté apple slices and cinnamon over meduim heat 3-6 minutes or until tender yet crisp.
5. Add juice concentrate. Boil on high heat until slightly reduced. Spoon sauce over pork.
Tip: Excellent served over rice or rice pilaf.
