What is Cincinnati Chili?

1 bag Slow Roasted Beef Tips and Gravy (412), thawed

sliced onions & mushrooms
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
2 can (15.5 oz) kidney beans
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Steps

1. Thaw beef tips according to package directions.

2. Chop onions and mushrooms. Combine all remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Season to taste with additional spices, if desired. 

Tip: Serve with pasta, shredded cheese, sour cream and chopped onions on the side.
