These stuffed bread sandwiches are the Italian equivalent of the "Dagwood" or hero - fabulous and filling.

3 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup Bleu cheese crumbles
15 green olives, halved
1 cup tomatoes, coarsley chopped
1/4 cup low fat Italian dressing
2 loaves French Baguette Bread (667)

1 cup Fire Grilled Chicken Breast Fajita Meat (496)

1 cup red onion, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste

Steps

1.  Bake Baguette Bread according to package directions.

2.  Prepare Chicken Fajita Meat according to package directions; set aside.

3.  Cut around the top third of each loaf to create a "lid". Remove the "lid", set aside and hollow out each loaf with a spoon.

4.  In a large bowl, add filling ingredients and toss to mix.

5.  Place half the filling mix in each loaf; place half of Fajita meat on top. Cover with bread "lid".

6.  Cut in half to serve.
