8 Lemon Pepper Chicken Filets (493), frozen

1 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. curry powder
20 10-inch bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes or overnight

Steps

1. Place chicken in a bowl and thaw in refrigerator overnight.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and curry powder until smooth

3. Cut thawed chicken into strips and add to yogurt marinade. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.

4. Thread each strip onto a skewer and grill directly over medium heat until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 170°F.
