Steps
1. Sauté onions, peppers and chicken in oil over Medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a full boil.
3.. Reduce heat and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
Tip: Serve with shredded cheese and/or sour cream if desired.
