1. Sauté bell pepper and onion with olive oil over medium-high heat, 4-6 minutes.
2. Stir in peas, pasta, and chicken. Cook and additional 6-8 minutes.
3. Mix in milk and cheese and continue to cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
