1. Sauté bell pepper and onion over medium-high heat in lightly oiled pan for 4-6 minutes or until onions are lighty golden brown.
2. Stir in sugar snap peas, prepared pasta, chicken and cook and additional 6-8 minutes.
3. Add milk and cheese to mixture. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
