A "cobbler" you can enjoy at any time of day. Homestyle biscuits make it an ideal choice for breakfast. But it's also a sweet and satisfying dessert.


Ingredients and Steps


4 Southern Style Biscuits (#668), quartered

1/2 bag Triple Berry Blend (926), frozen

1/3 cup brown sugar
4 tsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 cup buttery crackers, finely crushed
1/4 cup flaked or shredded coconut
1/4 cup instant oatmeal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Remove 4 biscuits from freezer. Set aside to partially thaw.

3. Combine together berries, sugar, starch and allspice. Place mixture into a 8x8-inch baking pan lightly coated with cooking spray.

4. Cut biscuits into quarters and place over berries.

5. Mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle over biscuits.

6. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.

8. Remove foil and continue to bake 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through.
