1. Preheat oven to 350° F
2. Mix melted ice cream, cake mix and eggs on low speed 1 minute. Increase mixer speed and mix an additional 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour batter into lightly sprayed muffin pan 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Marshmallow Triple Berry Topping
1. Heat butter, milk and marshmallows over low heat until marshmallows are melted.
2. Add berries, sugar and simmer 2-3 minute.
3. Serve topping over warm cupcakes.
