Steps
1. Peel pineapple and cut crosswise into 8-1/2 inch thick rings. Remove the core from each ring.
2. Grill rings directly over medium heat on an oiled grate for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear. Set aside.
3. Top each ring with a scoop of ice cream and drizzle with hot caramel.
