Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Brown crumbled sausage, onions and mushrooms over medium-high heat until cooked.
3. Mix together eggs, milk and cheese.
4. Cut taters into half and stir into egg and sausage mixture.
5. Pour mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish lightly sprayed with oil and bake for 45-50 minutes or until eggs are set.
