1. Cook sausage according to package directions. Remove from pan, drain and keep warm.
2. Add oil, onion and green pepper and sauté on medium to high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in hash browns and cook for 8-10 minutes until potatoes are browned.
3. Stir in eggs and cook until almost set. Stir in prepared diced sausage and queso sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until hot.
4. Fill and roll each tortilla with sausage, cheese and egg mixture. Top with salsa.
