This easy to make punch is a real people pleaser! The perfect blend of tart and sweet flavor that pleases even the toughest crowd.


Ingredients and Steps


1 carton (8oz) 100% Orange Juice Fortified with Calcium (720), thawed

1 carton (8 oz) Frozen Lemonade Concentrate (#724), thawed

2 cups cranberry juice
4 cups cold water
4 cups Ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
1 tray ice cubes


1. Combine juice concentrates, prepared cranberry juice and water in a large non-metal pitcher.

2. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

3. Stir in soda just before serving.

Tip: Make an ice ring to float on top of the punch by using a round mold and adding slices of fresh oranges, cranberries and filling with water or some of  the punch.  Freeze for at least 4-5 hrs. Garnish with mint leaves.
