1. Sauté onions and celery in butter until light golden brown. Slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly.
2. Add potato nuggets and ham. Stir and bring to slow simmer. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: Garnish with a scoop of sour cream, minced parsley, chives or shredded cheddar cheese to add extra flavor.
